More than 40 percent of members in the Top Echelon Network have more than 20 years’ experience in the recruiting business, according to a recent poll conducted by the split placement network. 

The poll asked members, “How long have you been a recruiter?” 

• Less than five years: 6.1%
• Between 5 and 10 years: 11.2% 
• Between 11 and 15 years: 25.5%
• Between 16 and 20 years: 13.3%
• Over 20 years: 43.9%
