The Reserves Network Names New CEO

The Reserves Network, a Fairview Park, Ohio-based staffing firm, announced Neil Stallard will take on the role of CEO effective Jan 1. Stallard takes over the position from his father, Don Stallard, who will remain with the company as chairman.

Amy Gerrity will remain as president.

Neil Stallard started with the company in a full-time capacity in 1991. He has been executive vice president, chief operating officer, since 2007. Previous roles he held within the company include regional vice president, director of quality management and accounting manager. In addition, he has served as sales and project manager for The Reserves Network’s affiliate information technology division, The FocIS Group, as well as a professional recruiter for the company’s Professional Search Group.

Founded by Don Stallard in 1984, The Reserves Network serves the office, industrial, professional and technical markets. The company expects to place about 20,000 employees annually and counts more than 35 offices in several states.
