The Judge Group, a Philadelphia-based staffing provider, promoted Stephen Green to president of Judge Direct Placement. He will be responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of the entire Direct Placement division, which includes more than 65 recruiters nationwide across six regional offices. 

Green joined The Judge Group in 1998 as a direct placement recruiter and most recently served as senior executive VP, direct placement. In that role, he was instrumental in opening a new West Chester, Penn., office in 2014, which became the primary base of operations and training center for Judge Direct Placement.

Last week, The Judge Group promoted Mick Angelichio from senior VP of the healthcare division to president of Judge Healthcare, a new position within the firm.
