The Judge Group, a professional services firm that provides technology consulting, staffing solutions and corporate training, today announced Sanjay Shah as president of the firm’s new Human Capital Management Solutions division.

Shah has held senior leadership positions in the human resource outsourcing, staffing and consulting, and information technology industries for more than 15 years. In his previous role at a Fortune 500 human resource services outsourcing firm, Shah implemented an enterprise-wide solution for managing contingent labor. He is a thought leader and subject matter expert in the human capital management field and has spoken at numerous conferences and round table events along with being the focus of industry articles.
