Temporary staffing showed widespread improvement in February as did temp-to-hire and direct hire, according to the Staffing Industry Monthly Pulse Survey conducted by Staffing Industry Analysts.

Retained search posted mild improvement. The professional employer organization segment was flat; and outplacement registered widespread deterioration.
