The TemPositions Group of Companies announced it acquired assets of Vintage Personnel Inc., a Forest Hills NY-based office/clerical staffing firm. Terms of the deal were not announced.

Key internal staff members from Vintage will remain with the company. In addition, Tameka Monroe of TemPositions will join the Vintage office as operations supervisor.

"Adding a Forest Hills location will enable us to better meet the needs of our growing customer base outside of Manhattan," said James Essey, president and CEO of The TemPositions Group of Companies. "It's a win-win situation for everyone involved."

The TemPositions Group of Companies is a 46-year-old staffing firm based in Manhattan with offices in Long Island, Connecticut and San Francisco. Staffing segments served include: office/clerical, information technology, industrial, legal, finance, human resources, design, hospitality, healthcare and teaching.
