TekPartners names ex-Kforce exec as chief strategy officer

February 04, 2016

TekPartners appointed Randy Marmon to its executive team as executive VP and chief strategy officer, a new position within the firm, effective Jan. 29.

TekPartners is the IT staffing business unit of professional staffing company P2P Staffing Corp. It is led by co-founders and CEOs Harris Katz and Vito Scutero.

Marmon most recently was founder and president of Human Capital Transformation LLC, a boutique strategy consulting firm. He recently completed an eight-month consulting engagement with TekPartners.

Prior to founding his consulting firm in 2014, Marmon spent 21 years with Kforce, most recently on the executive team as chief customer officer. His responsibilities included forming and developing Kforce’s strategic accounts program, MSP and VMS channel strategies, and growing its National Recruiting Center. Marmon was also responsible for customer pricing and profitability platforms, organizing and accelerating the firm’s healthcare vertical, the turnaround and integration of the firm’s offshore operations as well as directing all job board, social media, independent contractor and third-party strategies.

“Randy’s background and expertise within our industry, especially in the realm of strategic growth initiatives, makes him uniquely qualified to complement our overall vision for TekPartners and the leadership team,” said Scutero. “Having successfully built multiple divisions at a nationally recognized and publicly traded staffing firm, along with our long-standing personal relationship, we feel Randy will add immediate value to our organization’s long-term goals.”
