TeamStaff Inc. (NASD: TSTF) said it will apply to move trading of its stock to the Nasdaq Capital Market from the Nasdaq Global Market.

The company announced on Sept. 15 that it was not in compliance for listing on the Nasdaq Global Market because its common stock had not maintained a minimum market value of publicly held shares of $5.0 million for the previous 30 days.
