TeamStaff Inc. (NASD: TSTF), a logistics and healthcare services provider to the federal government, announced today it has changed the name of  its TeamStaff Government Solutions brand to DLH Solutions Inc.

Later, the company will seek shareholder approval to change the name of the parent company, TeamStaff Inc., to DLH Holdings Corp.

DLH is an acronym for defense, logistics and health.

The name changes are part of a major rebranding program designed to underscore its competitive advantage and strong track-record in the federal health delivery, logistics, and technical services markets, the company said. O`Keeffe & Co., a full-service marketing agency in the government space, is assisting the company in its implementation and will help facilitate a smooth transition.

“I believe that this rebranding program will help raise TeamStaff`s profile in our strategic markets so the company can benefit to a greater degree in the growing areas of the Department of Defense and the Department of Veteran Affairs` budgets where it creates the most customer value,” said Zachary Parker, TeamStaff`s president and chief executive officer.
