TeamStaff Inc. (NASD: TSTF) is formally changing its name to DLH Holdings Corp. and its ticker symbol to DLHC. Shareholders approved the name change on Feb. 16, and the company had previously changed the name of its government staffing division to DLH Solutions last year.

DLH is an acronym for defense, logistics and health.

The change in ticker symbol takes effect Wednesday.

The Atlanta-based firm provides staffing and other services to the federal government.
