Team Health Holdings Inc. (NYSE: TMH) acquired Psychiatrists Only LLC, an Atlanta-based staffing firm that provides psychiatrists on a locum tenens and permanent placement basis. Terms of the transaction were not announced.

Psychiatrists Only posted revenue of $6.0 million.

Wayne Parton will continue as VP, and the company will continue under the Psychiatrists Only name.

Psychiatrists Only is being acquired by Team Health's Daniel and Yeager Inc. division, a provider of locum tenens and physician permanent placement.

Team Health, based in Knoxville TN, recently became a public company; it began trading in November.
