TSR Inc. (NASD: TSRI), a Hauppauge NY-based information technology staffing firm, said it received a delisting notice from the Nasdaq.
The minimum market value of TSR's publicly held shares fell below the minimum required level of $5.0 million for 30 days, according to the company.
TSR has until Dec. 14 to get the minimum market value of its publicly held shares above $5.0 million for 10 consecutive days, according to the firm. If the minimum market value is not met by Dec. 14, the company can appeal the delisting.
