TRC Staffing Services Inc. announced today it appointed Brian Robinson as president and CEO. Robinson is the son of TRC founder and former CEO Embree Robinson, who remains chairman of the board and an adviser to the Atlanta-based staffing company.

Brian Robinson joined TRC in 1998, and most recently served as executive VP.

"Everything about our industry is changing right now in conjunction with the changes in the U.S. economy," said Embree Robinson. "Collectively, we felt that it was time to make a leadership change within TRC as well. Brian has spent the last 10 years in the trenches with the TRC sales and management staff. He has a deep-rooted understanding of the business and also possesses the skills to take this company to the next level."

Staffing Industry Analysts ranked TRC as the 68th-largest U.S. staffing firm based on 2007 revenue.
