System One Holdings LLC named Lisa Biondi as its chief information officer effective immediately.

Biondi previously served as the company's IT director. She has managed the firm's technology platform since it spun off from Hudson Highland Group Inc. (NASD: HHGP) in 2008.

System One ranked No. 7 on Staffing Industry Analysts' list of largest U.S. engineering staffing firms.
