Synergie SA, a Paris-based staffing firm with operations in Europe and Canada, said revenue rose 1% to euro1.2 billion (US$1.69 billion) in 2008. The increase was 2.5% in constant currency.

Synergie said its outplacement division's revenue rose 39.5% in 2008. It also acquired Dutch staffing firm ADR in late 2008 for euro35 million.
