Synergie SA, a French staffing firm, said it acquired a controlling interest in a Netherlands-based firm called ADR that serves the logistics and transportation industries. ADR has 10 offices and revenue of euro35 million (US$44.9 million).

Synergie ranked No. 19 on Staffing Industry Analysts' list of largest global staffing firms. It operates in 12 countries.
