September 27, 2013

Employers plan to hire 7.8 percent more new college graduates for their U.S. operations in 2013-14 than they did in 2012-13, according to a new survey conducted by the National Association of Colleges and Employers.

Overall, NACE’s Job Outlook 2014 survey found employers anticipate hiring 12 percent more new college graduates in 2013-14 than they did in 2012-13. This includes the hires they anticipate for all of their U.S. and international locations.

The survey, conducted from Aug. 5 through Sept. 13, 2013, includes responses from 208 college recruiting professional members.
