Survey: Seasonal hiring plans little changed

Eighteen percent of hiring managers plan to hire seasonal workers for the upcoming holidays, about even with last year when 17% said the same, according to a survey by CareerBuilder.com.

Forty-four percent of hiring managers plan to pay $10 or more per hour and 12% plan to pay $16 per hour or more. The survey also found that 34% plan to pay between $8 and $10 an hour and 20% plan to pay between $6 and $8 an hour.

The survey questioned 2,900 hiring managers.
