A majority of U.S. employers anticipate there will be no layoffs at their organizations for the rest of 2012, according to a survey by Right Management, the outplacement division of ManpowerGroup Inc. (NYSE: MAN).

Sixty-nine percent of respondents indicated that there would be “no layoffs at all” in the next six months. Only 11 percent predicted a normal level of layoffs, and just 1 percent of respondents expected significantly more staff cutbacks.

The survey included 1,107 companies.
