July 08, 2009

Despite the recession, 75% of currently employed executives are likely or very likely to consider a new job opportunity, according to the 2009 BlueSteps executive mobility survey released today by the Association of Executive Search Consultants.

"Poor company values" was cited as the most important factor in an executive's decision to leave a company. Seventy-four percent cited it as extremely important.

The survey included responses from 1,518 executives from around the world.
