View All NewsSurvey: ‘Career Pathing’ Tied to Job Satisfaction
August 08, 2012
Employees want to know how to move up the career ladder, according to a survey by Accountemps, a division of Robert Half International Inc. (NYSE: RHI).
The survey found that 54 percent of workers said knowing their career path is very important to their overall job satisfaction, while 31 percent felt career path feedback to be somewhat important. Only 14 percent of respondents felt that knowing their career path was not important at all.
The survey was conducted by an independent research firm and is based on interviews with 405 working adults employed in office environments across the United States.
