Supplemental Health Care, a Park City UT-based healthcare staffing firm, named Janet Elkin as president and CEO.

Elkin has been with the company since 2003 when she joined as a division manager. Elkin eventually became regional VP of Supplemental Health Care's Southeast Allied division in 2005. Prior to joining the company, she served in several management positions at Kaye/Bassman International.

Supplemental Health Care said its board unanimously chose Elkin for the position.

Former CEO, Mike Jacoutot, and the company parted ways in February.

Supplemental Health Care ranked No. 10 on Staffing Industry Analysts' 2009 list of largest healthcare staffing firms.
