Stefanini, a global IT services firm, announced it has acquired RCG Staffing, the IT recruiting and staffing division of RCG Global Services Inc. Stefanini is headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The acquisition is the company’s third within the U.S. It acquired TechTeam Global, an IT outsourcing provider, in 2010 and Code X Inc., a technical staffing firm, in 2011. The RCG acquisition gives Stefanini a direct presence in additional U.S. geographies, especially in the northeast and southern states. Stefanini will maintain offices in key RCG locations including Houston, TX, and Philadelphia, PA.
