A lawsuit between two staffing software companies was dismissed this month by the U.S. District Court in Minnesota with each party required to pay its own attorneys' fees.

TempWorks Software Inc., based in Eagan MN, had filed suit against Avionté LLC, also based in Eagan, last year alleging copyright infringement, claiming Avionté's product used its source code. Avionté had denied the claims and filed counterclaims alleging tortious interference with contractual relations and defamation.
