November 19, 2009
According to the new "Legs & Reg Advisor," staffing firms could be on the hook for up to three years' worth of wages for unpaid interview time because of a California federal court's ruling that temporary workers must be paid for time spent going on client interviews.
More information is available in the "Legs & Reg Advisor," a new monthly report produced by Staffing Industry Analysts and Littler Mendelson, the largest U.S.-based law firm exclusively devoted to representing management in employment and labor law issues.
