IT and life sciences staffing firm Eliassen Group named Jonathan “JT” Mann as VP and general counsel. Mann comes to Eliassen after serving as senior VP and general counsel for staffing provider Advantage Resourcing International, a division of Recruit Co. Ltd., one of the largest global staffing firms.
