Staffing Technologies merged the staff at its existing Richardson TX office with the existing staff at Enterprise's Frisco TX office to serve the Dallas area effective June 14. The office will operate under the Staffing Technologies name.

In addition, Enterprise CEO and founder Jason Yaklin will remain with the company as managing director of the Dallas operations for Staffing Technologies.

Terms of the transaction were not announced.

Enterprise was established in 2004 and provides staffing in IT, telecommunications, finance/accounting, human resources and executive positions.

Staffing Technologies was founded in 1994. It posted revenue of approximately $45 million in 2009.
