A Maryland staffing firm will pay $159,044 to resolve allegations that it submitted false claims to Medicaid, the Maryland Attorney General’s Office announced. The firm, All About You Health Care Services Inc. is based in Milford Mill, Md., and provides home healthcare and nurse staffing.
An investigation showed that All About You performed services without adequate medical supervision in violation of Maryland Medicaid regulations, according to the Attorney General’s Office.
