Staffing 360 Solutions Inc. (OTCBB: STAF) this week will rebrand its Poolia UK operations to Longbridge 360. Poolia UK and Staffing 360's Longbridge Recruitment operations combined forces and moved into new corporate offices in London in April.

Staffing 360 acquired Poolia UK Ltd., a subsidiary of Swedish recruitment firm Poolia AB, in March.

“The Poolia UK team has proven to be a great addition to the breadth and depth of our existing operations in Europe,” said Staffing 360 CEO Matt Briand. “We believe consolidating our entire London team under one brand will be a fantastic driver of new business and cross selling opportunities.”

Staffing 360 Solutions launched in 2012 and is pursuing broad spectrum staffing companies in the IT, financial, accounting, healthcare and cybersecurity industries. The company reported revenue of $25.6 million in its fiscal fourth quarter ended May 31, and its stated mission is to become a $300 million revenue business.
