SourceRight Solutions named Glen Cathey as vice president of global sourcing and talent strategy in its recruitment process outsourcing division. SourceRight also promoted Eric Jaquith as director of global RPO.

Cathey has more than 15 years of recruiting and staffing experience, having previously served in executive roles at Kforce Inc. (NYSE: KFRC). He is the author of the “Boolean Black Belt” blog on recruiting.

Jaquith brings 17 years of recruiting experience to the role. He formerly served as global recruiting leader for SourceRight, where he focused on global sourcing strategies for technical positions as well as the company’s social media recruiting strategies.
