Snelling, a Dallas-based staffing provider, named franchise industry veteran Jim Berry as its CFO.

Berry served as CFO for Vasari LLC prior to joining Snelling; Vasari is the second-largest Dairy Queen franchise in the US, according to its Website.

Berry also held senior financial leadership roles at The Dallas Morning News, McDonald’s and Burger King. He is a CPA and began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

"Jim’s financial expertise, paired with his experience at major worldwide franchises, makes him particularly well-suited to join Snelling’s leadership,” said President and CEO David Allen. “We anticipate that he’ll have a strong positive influence on the company.”

Snelling has more than 100 offices throughout the US and ranks on the list of largest US staffing and talent engagement firms.
