Snelling, a Dallas-based staffing provider, named Bill Hamrick as senior vice president of operations. In addition, it named Michael Zimmerman as vice president of franchise sales and DeDe Parker-Todd as vice president of operations performance.

Hamrick and Parker-Todd are based out of Snelling’s Dallas headquarters. Zimmerman is based in Boston.

Snelling has 116 offices, and it ranks as the 46th-lagest U.S. staffing firm.
