Smart-Tek Solutions Inc. (OTCBB: STTN.PK) completed its acquisition of Solvis Medical Group from American Marine LLC. Nevada-based Solvis Medical Group’s operations include Solvis Medical staffing.

The acquisition was first announced Sept. 20.

Solvis Medical Group is estimating revenue of $4 million for the year ending Dec. 31, 2011.
