Signature Technology Group acquired Global Resources’ New Jersey technical recruiting and deployment services division, expanding its footprint in the Northeast.

The transaction closed Dec. 16, and terms were not disclosed. The division will integrate into STG and its existing staff will join the company.

STG provides information technology staffing as well as data center maintenance and IT professional services. Headquartered in Phoenix, it provides staffing nationwide and operates offices in Phoenix and Tempe, Ariz.; California; New Jersey; and North Carolina.
