Seek Careers/Staffing Inc., of Grafton WI, said it acquired Cornwell Staffing Services, which operated three offices in Milwaukee. "It is part of our strategic plan to continue to grow Seek both locally and nationally," said CEO and Chairwoman Carol Ann Schneider. "This acquisition brings us closer to achieving those goals."

Seek has 17 offices in Wisconsin, as well as offices in Bensenville IL, Charlotte NC, and Reno NV. It provides office/clerical, accounting, legal, light industrial, and skilled trades staffing. Its professional placement division provides accounting, information technology, human resources, marketing, and manufacturing professionals.
