Seaton reported fourth-quarter revenue rose 30 percent year over year to $215 million from $165 million in the fourth quarter of 2012. Existing client expansions and new client engagement drove the growth, which was all organic.
The privately held staffing provider is based in Chicago and operates the Staff Management|SMX, PeopleScout and StudentScout brands.
“I'm particularly proud that we added new clients at a record rate in 2013, while maintaining industry leading client retention rates across the enterprise,” said CEO Patrick Beharelle.
The company ranks No. 27 on Staffing Industry Analysts’ list of largest U.S. staffing firms.
