Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. (NASD: HSII) said the founder of Schwab Enterprise LLC and a team of three others have come over to Heidrick. Schwab Enterprise was an executive search firm specializing in the hedge fund industry.

Schwab's founder, Claude Schwab, has published career guides and compensation studies on the hedge fund industry. He joins Heidrick as a partner. Also coming to Heidrick are Solan Schwab, Tina Hsiung, and Rachael Timinsky.
