Irish recruitment software firm Zartis.com has formed a joint venture with Russian technology human resources veteran Artem Zurukin to form a new business called Zartis.ru, reports The Irish Times. 

John Dennehy, Head of Zartis.com, commented: “There’s a very strong cultural fit between Artem and his team in Moscow and our team in Cork, Ireland. Even already we’re seeing Russian employers interested in using our service when they’re expanding into new European cities.”

“The service is perfectly suited to Moscow where demand for highly skilled software developers is constantly increasing. The recruitment market in Moscow alone is about three times the size of Ireland. Like everywhere is the developed world, there’s a shortage of highly skilled software developers and demand is outstripping supply in key areas,” he added.
