Roth Staffing Companies introduced its new About Talent workforce solutions brand that includes managed service provider, recruitment process outsourcing, payrolling/independent contractor compliance and other services.

The RPO offering is new for the company, but Roth previously offered MSP services under the One Squared Managed Solutions brand.

About Talent is headed up by Senior Vice President Dave Savarise and Vice President Ryan Baca. Savarise joined Roth in August from Agile-1; his experience in the staffing industry also includes time at CDI Corp. (NYSE: CDI). Baca joined Roth in October and is also formerly of Agile-1.

About Talent is focused on mid-market and high-growth clients.

“This largely unserved sector recognizes the benefits traditionally provided by RPO and MSP solutions but won’t realize ideal results unless the solution is delivered from a unified, dedicated team with the customer’s distinct persona, culture and business goals as the primary focus,” Savarise said.
