Strategic Staffing Solutions, a Detroit-based information technology staffing firm, reported full-year 2008 revenue of $160 million. That's an 8.1% increase over its 2007 revenue of $148 million, the privately held firm reported last year.
The company said 2008 marked its 19th consecutive year of growth. The Charlotte NC and Detroit locations produced the most revenue, bringing in more than $20 million each.
"S3 is a profitable and growing because we invest in our employees' success," said President and CEO Cynthia Pasky. "We are a fairly flat organization and our executive staff is here as a resource to our team members to help them build strong and lasting relationships with customers."
Strategic Staffing Solutions also acquired the technology direct hire staffing and consulting business of National Technical Systems Inc. (NASD: NTSC) in late 2008.
