Resources Connection Inc. (NASD: RECN) named Thomas Christopoul as its new president and CEO. Christopoul has served on Resources Connection's board since January 2006. He was previously president of Somerset Shore Associates Inc., an investment firm. Christopoul was also CEO and chairman of Cendant Corp.'s marketing services and financial services divisions.

Resources' ex-CEO Donald Murray will now serve as the company's executive chairman.
