Research: New suit seeks pay for client interviews

A new lawsuit has been brought in California against a staffing firm claiming that it owes temporary employees wages and penalties for time spent interviewing at client sites. The new "Legs & Reg Advisor" for September discusses this case, and is now available to corporate members of Staffing Industry Analysts.
