The Financial Times reported United Kingdom-based executive search firm Whitehead Mann has been in talks to sell a majority stake in itself to Korn/Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY). Whitehead Mann is owned by Palladian, itself owned by hedge fund Och-Ziff and Whitehead Mann management, according to the Financial Times.
