CSI will continue to operate under the CSI name and continue to maintain its Jacksonville headquarters and field office locations.

CSI operates four divisions -- custom staffing (administrative/clerical), CSI Search (finance/accounting, retained search), CSI health (clinical and nonclinical healthcare professionals) and CSI tech (IT).

Terms of the transaction were not announced. Hitoshi Motohara, senior VP at Recruit, will serve as CSI's chairman and CEO

Recruit, based in Japan, ranked No. 6 on Staffing Industry Analysts' 2010 list of largest global staffing firms. CSI represents Recruit's only U.S. operations.
