Randstad announced a joint venture with Integrated Human Capital, an El Paso TX-based minority- and woman-owned staffing firm.

The new joint venture is called Diversa. It will offer staffing, managed services and human resources consulting nationally and globally.

Integrated's founder, Rosa Santana will serve as CEO of the joint venture. Amalia Moses, who most recently served as area VP of Randstad's Inhouse Services Division, will serve as managing director.

The firms began working together five years ago under Randstad's affiliate vendor program. Integrated Human Capital is certified by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council and the National Minority Supplier Development Council. It's also certified as a historically underutilized business in Texas.
