Randstad Technologies and Technisource have combined to operate under the Randstad Technologies name. The two information technology staffing divisions of Randstad Holding NV have worked together for more than a year in preparation for the brand change, and all Randstad Technologies and Technisource employees will remain the same, according to the company.

Randstad had acquired Technisource in 2011 along with its acquisition of SFN Group Inc.

Randstad Technologies ranks as the second-largest U.S. provider of IT staffing with 2011 revenue of almost $1.06 billion.
