Randstad Holding NV appointed Kristin Kelley as executive vice president of marketing for Randstad U.S. The company also named Jay Ferguson as chief legal officer.

Kelley formerly served as vice president of marketing for Randstad U.S., Professionals. She has more than a decade of experience in the staffing industry and will now oversee marketing for both Randstad’s general staffing and professional staffing businesses.

Ferguson will oversee U.S. legal strategy for general staffing and professionals. He has been with Randstad for almost three years and previously served as a partner with Duane Morris LLP. He has served as outside counsel for Randstad for nine years.
