Radia Holdings Inc., a Tokyo-based provider of staffing and other services, named Christopher Mortonson as global sales officer. Mortonson will be responsible for expanding the company's global managed services business. He will also join Radia's executive management team.

Mortonson's previous roles include serving as VP of Manpower Inc.'s (NYSE: MAN) international managed services and strategic accounts, senior VP of North American and global sales at Adecco SA, executive VP of sales and channel programs at Fieldglass Inc. and senior VP of corporate services-Americas for the Albany Group.
