Radia Holdings Inc., a Tokyo-based provider of staffing and other services, named Richard Piske III as global president of its nontechnical staffing operations in the U.S., Asia and Europe.

Piske has more than 30 years of experience in the staffing industry. He previously served as president of Olsten Staffing Services; co-founded The FedSecure Group, which was acquired by Kelly Services; and most recently founded the Staffing Cooperative.

Radia's nontechnical staffing segment includes administrative, light industrial and professional staffing with the exceptions of engineering, information technology and research and development staffing, said Jack Irving, general manager of global marketing. All of its nontechnical staffing operations take place outside of Japan.

Piske will report to Charles Abadie, chairman and CEO of Radia Holdings.

Radia operates under several brands worldwide, and its U.S. brands include TAC, Advantage Human Resourcing Inc., Talent Tree Inc., WillStaff Inc. and The Holland Group of Tennessee Inc.

Separately, Gary DiCamillo, who served as president and CEO of its U.S. and European operations under the Radia International division, is no longer with the company.
