RPO Provider Announces Acquisitions

November 14, 2012

RPO provider Method3 is acquiring Augustine RPO as well as Integrated Staffing Solutions. Terms of the deals were not disclosed. John Laporta and Mark Lukens formed Method3 this year. Both also have histories with Augustine, which Laporta launched in 1998 and where Lukens held executive positions, including president.

Integrated Staffing Solutions is based in Camp Hill, Penn. It was launched in 2007 as an IT staffing firm but now provides technology-based consulting services to government and enterprise customers. The Integrated Staffing Solutions team will become Method3’s Technology Solutions Group and Integrated Stafifng Solutions President Terry Kohler will remain president of the group and become a Method3 partner.

“The combination of ISS and Method3 provides us with tremendous growth opportunities for our core business, helps us expand into new and fast-growing markets, and provides us with reach and scale we did not previously have,” Kohler said.

Method3 also last week announced the acquisition of Augustine RPO, a Harrisburg, Penn.-based firm.

Uniting Augustine’s RPO delivery approach with Method3’s human capital experience will provide clients a broad array of human capital services ranging from RPO and technology solutions to HR transformation, according to Laporta.

Method3, which counts from 60 to 80 employees at this point, takes a “build, buy and partner approach” to expansion, Lukens said. “We have very high expectations for the next couple of years.”

The company plans to expand out of its North America territory into the U.K, Africa, Australia and Asia Pacific.

“Were looking to really grow out our international team over the coming years,” Lukens said.
